Join our team as a Lounge Host/Hostess and help create a welcoming, comfortable environment for passengers. In this role, you will support the daily operation of our lounge by maintaining buffet and self-service areas, monitoring food quality and temperatures, ensuring cleanliness and food safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and takes pride in creating a positive guest experience while working effectively as part of a team.
Job Summary
As a Lounge Host/Hostess, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, comfortable, and clean environment for passengers. You will help ensure the lounge operates smoothly by maintaining food service areas, monitoring food quality and safety standards, and providing exceptional customer service to guests throughout their visit.
As a Lounge Host/Hostess, You Will:
- Welcome guests to the lounge and assist with any questions or service needs.
- Create a positive and enjoyable experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting atmosphere.
- Monitor buffet and self-service food stations to ensure items are well stocked, presentable, and available to guests.
- Check and record food temperatures to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and health and safety procedures at all times.
- Clear, clean, and sanitize tables, serving areas, and lounge spaces throughout the day.
- Support opening and closing duties, including setup, replenishment, cleaning, and organization of service areas.
- Assist in training new team members on lounge operations, food safety procedures, and customer service expectations.
- Help oversee daily lounge activities and ensure service standards are consistently maintained.
- Respond professionally and courteously to guest concerns, requests, and inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide a seamless guest experience.
- Demonstrate flexibility, patience, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to customer service.

- Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is considered an asset.
