How You Will Make an Impact

As a Surveyor for Compass One Healthcare, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our patient food services across healthcare facilities throughout Ontario. In this role, you will:

• Conduct thoughtful, in-person interviews with patients to gather honest feedback on their dining experience
• Travel independently to healthcare sites across the province, coordinating your own itinerary and logistics for each visit
•  Analyze and summarize data trends and create final summary reports.
• Take on additional related projects as opportunities arise

About You

• You have reliable access to a vehicle and are comfortable with extensive travel to healthcare facilities across Ontario
• You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and take pride in accurate, thorough work
• You manage your time excellently and consistently meet deadlines, even while juggling multiple site visits
• You bring a high degree of professionalism to every interaction, whether with patients, staff, or leadership
• You work well independently, comfortable managing your own schedule and travel with minimal oversight
• You have strong customer relations and communication skills, able to build rapport quickly with patients and residents
• You’re comfortable spending consecutive nights in hotels when surveying sites outside the GTA
• You approach every survey with objectivity, remaining unbiased and impartial in your assessments

Please Note:

• This role requires 100% travel throughout Ontario; reliable access to a vehicle is essential
• This is a part-time position, but the successful candidate must be available for full 8-hour survey days (approximately 2–3 days per week)
• For travel outside the GTA, the role typically involves 4–5 consecutive surveying days, with continuous overnight stays at a hotel near the survey site
