Job Summary
Now, if you were to come on board as our Facility Administrator, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Manage customer shipping and receiving requests for mail packages: tracking, documenting, preparing packages, and mail delivery within the site.
- Sorts and delivers incoming mail by the department and/or employee to ensure timely distribution.
- Picks, sorts and delivers interdepartmental mail.
- Processes and weighs outgoing mail.
- Operates mail machines including postage meter, photocopying machine, and mail folding and inserting machine.
- Maintains records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information.
- Maintain Site Procedure Guide describing processes and procedures for all services, providing updates as revisions are made.
- Complete custom clearance for packages as applicable.
- Complete minor facilities PMs such as fire extinguisher checks, eye wash checks, etc.
- Submit work requests/work orders as needed for facilities-related issues.
- Corporate events coordination and set up.
- Review work order backlog and coordinate repairs with onsite staff and contractors when needed.
- Issue uniforms to the employees and maintains uniform repair repository.
- Order supplies for the mail room, printing equipment, facilities supplies, cleaning supplies, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by Facilities management.

- Post- secondary education
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
