Reporting to the Manager, Visitor & Retail Services, the Visitor Services Representative (VSR) will work within our various customer-service outlets in the park, including the Zoo, Pavilion, and the spectacular landmark of The Leaf. Visitor Services Representatives will ensure extraordinary member and visitor experiences by directly selling Park Hospitality’s offerings and services to our visitors in person and by telephone. Visitor Services Representatives will work diligently to provide warm, friendly, and attentive service.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Member/Guest Experience · Knowledge of all Marketing promotions, initiatives and special events and providing assistance when required i.e. coupons or discounts. · Accurately complete all point of sale (POS) transactions, including membership sales, group bookings, and regular member/visitor admissions. · Strong attention to detail, specifically when completing membership registration · Work in a team environment while achieving personal goals. · Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle visitor inquiries, complaints and how to direct them as necessary. · Maintain a clean and safe work environment that complies with health and safety procedures, including the use of required safety equipment (if required), and identify unsafe practices or conditions. · Answer the phones and emails professionally and courteously. · Rent out and maintain strollers & electric scooters, and clean throughout the shift as required. · Monitor kiosks for functionality and ticket stock. · Scan visitors in a kind, efficient manner. · Distribute value-added information and materials. · Adhere to Park Hospitality’s G4S protocols. |

Additional Responsibilities · Assist with self-guided groups from taking payment through to arrival and departure · Assist with monthly renewal mailing notifications · Work closely with APC’s volunteer corps, offering consistent support and positive reinforcements/appreciation. · Other tasks as required. |

Required EDUCATION, TRAINING, LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
- High school diploma, GED, or currently enrolled in high school.
- Class 5 Driver’s License considered an asset.
