Role Overview
The Unit Retail Execution Partner (UREP) is a hands-on leader responsible for driving Like-for-Like (LFL) and Same Store Sales (SSS) growth across the business. This role provides leadership in execution, ensuring disciplined performance management, operational excellence, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the national retail execution strategy to deliver targeted sales growth across defined regional accounts
- Collaborate with Culinary, Marketing, Brands, and Operations to implement sales-driving initiatives
- Ensure consistent, measurable execution in the field per the assigned KPIs aligned to growth priorities
- Build a culture rooted in execution excellence and data-driven results
- Set clear objectives and ensure alignment with sector priorities
- Work with clients and Operations to create and execute the Monthly Marketing Calendar for Dining Commons and retail units
- Plan and execute engagement activities as required
- Develop a marketing plan for Meal Plan and Value Pack sales
- Build and execute social media content / campaigns for various outlets
- Produce and maintain marketing assets across various channels
- Manage marketing budget and expense tracking
Reporting & Accountability
- Execute audits once a week, highlighting sales performance, gaps, and opportunities
- Review dashboards to close off action items; sales performance gaps, and identified opportunities
- Leverage the LFL and Retail Dashboards, to understand strengths and areas for improvement with governed action plans
- Build and manage the account support schedule for retail outlet and dining halls and high-priority initiatives

- Minimum of 3 years in Retail Food Services Marketing
- University or college degree in Marketing or General Business
- Creative, strategic thinker with demonstrated success in a marketing role
- Strong retail, sales and customer focus

- Proficient computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel, strong social media, media trends and innovation
- Detail oriented and proven organizational and time management skills
