The salary range for this position is $105,000 to $125,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. The Director, Growth Enablement – Account Management is a senior strategic role responsible for developing and advancing the overall strategy, frameworks, and tools that support the Account Management organization. Working across all Account Management channels, this role will partner closely with the Vice President and Senior Directors of Account Management to create consistency, strengthen execution, optimize portfolio performance, and deliver measurable value for our Members.
This role will provide group-wide strategic support in areas such as Member renewals, RFP events, account planning, QBRs, portfolio optimization, and performance measurement.
If you were to come on board as our Director, Growth Enablement – Account Management, we’d ask you to do the following:
- Account Management Strategy and Enablement
- Develop and evolve the overall Account Management strategy, aligned with Member value, retention, optimization, and growth objectives.
- Partner with the Vice President and Senior Directors to translate organizational priorities into clear frameworks, tools, and ways of working.
- Establish consistent approaches to account planning, portfolio prioritization, Member engagement, and value delivery across all channels.
- Identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness and scalability of the Account Management function.
- Renewals, RFPs and Strategic Member Engagement
- Develop frameworks, playbooks, and tools to support Member renewals and retention.
- Provide strategic support for complex renewals and Member RFP events, including value propositions, executive narratives, presentations, and cross-functional coordination.
- Create standardized, executive-ready QBR frameworks and materials that clearly demonstrate Member value, performance, opportunities, and priorities.
- Strengthen Member conversations through data, insights, and compelling value stories.
- Portfolio Optimization and Member Value
- Develop tools and frameworks that help teams identify and prioritize optimization and growth opportunities across the Member portfolio.
- Support strategies that increase program adoption, category penetration, Member engagement, and value realization.
- Partner with Senior Directors to identify portfolio trends, Member risks, and opportunities requiring coordinated action.
- Ensure the value delivered to Members can be clearly articulated and measured.
- Performance Measurement and Insights
- Establish consistent KPIs and reporting frameworks for retention, renewals, Member engagement, portfolio growth, program adoption, and value realization.
- Translate data and analytics into actionable insights for Account Management leadership.
- Develop dashboards and performance routines that create visibility into progress, risks, opportunities, and outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Alignment
- Act as a central connector across Account Management, Sales, Operations, Sourcing, Finance, Distribution, Marketing, and other business partners.
- Create clarity around ownership, timelines, deliverables, and accountability.
- Drive the adoption of new tools, processes, and strategic frameworks across the Account Management organization.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Account Management, Client Success, Commercial Strategy, Growth Enablement, or a related role.
- Experience developing organization-wide strategies, frameworks, playbooks, and performance-management tools.
- Demonstrated experience supporting complex Member or client renewals, RFPs, account planning, and executive business reviews.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable opportunities and compelling Member value stories.
- Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Strong analytical, project management, executive communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive adoption across a complex organization.
- A Member-centric mindset, continuous improvement focus and long-term value creation.
