Centric Operations Lead (Program Lead)
Req ID: CENTR003798
Category: IT
Brand: Compass Digital
Employment Status: Salary
Starting Rate: $80000.00 CAD
Location: 72 Fraser Ave, Toronto,
ON
Posting Date: 2026-06-12T17:00:08.38Z
About the Role
CentricOps is the operational function that serves Product, Experience (Design), and Engineering as one unified team. It is not a representative body for any single discipline — it works across all three, removing friction, building culture, and creating the conditions for PXE to do its best work at scale.
We’re hiring a CentricOps Lead (PXE Operations) who will be the hands-on operator tier: you run daily execution, keep the machine moving, and ensure nothing slips.
Your core mandate? Run the work. Keep the engine moving daily. This is a doer role—deeply hands-on—not a strategist role.
What You Will Do
- Execute the day-to-day operational work that keeps PXE running smoothly (intake, triage, follow-through, closed loops).
- Maintain the PXE tooling stack: licence/seat provisioning & deprovisioning, seat hygiene, renewals calendar tracking, and coordination with vendors as needed.
- Keep Digital Health Dashboard data flowing: support metric instrumentation, monitor data breaks, triage issues, and escalate systemic gaps to the Manager.
- Run onboarding programme logistics: schedule sessions, manage invites/materials, track cohorts, and gather feedback.
- Coordinate logistics for community events, workshops, and learning sessions (run-of-show, comms, follow-ups).
- Maintain CentricOps documentation: update SOPs, templates, playbooks, and the Ways of Working library.
- Flag emerging friction patterns and cultural risks to the Manager before they escalate.
You’ll Thrive Here If You…
- Love hands-on execution and get satisfaction from making complex operations feel simple and reliable.
- Are highly organized, detail-strong, and can manage multiple streams without things slipping.
- Communicate calmly and clearly, especially when priorities change quickly.
- Spot patterns early and escalate with context (not just symptoms).
- Prefer enabling teams over policing them.
Required Experience
- 4–6 years in an operations role in a product/technology organization (DesignOps/ProductOps/EngOps/Program Ops or similar).
- Experience administering tooling basics (seats, licences, renewals tracking, utilization hygiene).
- Experience coordinating programs or rituals (onboarding cohorts, workshops, learning sessions, community events).
- Strong documentation skills (SOPs, playbooks, templates people actually use).
- Demonstrated ability to triage requests and close loops with stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with dashboard tools or metric hygiene (basic instrumentation support, monitoring, definitions).
- Comfort with lightweight workflow automation (forms, routing, templates, checklists).
- Experience supporting multi-discipline teams (Product + Design + Engineering).
