Hands-on developer on the Revenue Operations platform development team, building across different Salesforce platforms and integrations with external tools. This is an individual contributor role focused on delivery, code quality, and clean release management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build Apex/LWC solutions across Salesforce Core products
- Champion the use of Salesforce declarative tools such as Flow Builder, validation rules, and platform configurations.
- Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external platforms.
- Build and extend Agentforce capabilities: agent design, custom actions, prompt templates, and grounding on Salesforce data.
- Handle Salesforce data tasks: large data volume considerations, migrations, deduplication, mass updates, and reports/dashboards.
- Contribute to the Salesforce release lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines, sandbox strategies, and deployments.
- Contribute to decommissioning redundant custom objects, fields, and legacy code to reduce technical debt.
Qualifications (4+ years)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- 4+ years experience with Salesforce platform
- Production experience with Sales Cloud
- Strong Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flow, and platform security model (sharing, profiles, permission sets).
- Integration depth: REST/SOAP, Platform Events, async Apex (Queueable, Batch, Future), OAuth flows, named credentials.
- Working knowledge of Agentforce and a clear interest in building AI-driven features on the platform.
- DevOps fluency: SF CLI, Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments.
- Strong understanding of platform governance, best practices, and technical debt reduction.
- Comprehensive experience on debugging and troubleshooting in Salesforce
- Comfortable designing data model and writing testable, governor-limit-aware code and applications
- Able to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and write coherent technical documentation.
Nice to have
- Experience with Revenue Cloud Advanced, CPQ, or Data Cloud
- Salesforce developer certifications
