Job Summary:
In this role, you will restock products, perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting, monitor inventory levels, and maintain a clean service area while delivering excellent customer service. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and spend most of the workday walking and standing.
Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. How you will make an Impact:
- Load, restock, and organize vending machines to ensure products are readily available.
- Perform minor maintenance and troubleshoot basic vending machine issues.
- Clean and sanitize vending machines and maintain the cleanliness of surrounding work areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish products as needed.
- Ensure vending machines are clean, fully stocked, and operating efficiently.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving basic issues.
- Follow company standards for food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
- Travel between assigned locations to service vending machines as scheduled.
About You:
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:00pm, some weekends if needed
- Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot minor vending machine issues.
- Strong attention to detail when monitoring and replenishing product inventory.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Ability to walk and stand for approximately 80% of the workday.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to travel between assigned locations is considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
