Responsabilités
Relevant du gestionnaire sénior des restaurants, le superviseur devra:
- Superviser et coordonner le travail des serveurs, commis débarrasseurs, barmans et hôtesses;
- S’assurer que les standards de service haut de gamme sont appliqués et respectés dans les restaurants respectifs;
- Assister les maîtres d’hôtel lors des événements dans la gestion et le bon fonctionnement du restaurant;
- Accueillir les clients, assurer leur satisfaction et traiter les plaintes, s’il y a lieu;
- Participer aux procédures de formation des employés;
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
Exigences
- Être disponible pour tous les matchs de hockey à domicile des Canadiens de Montréal ainsi que pour les concerts au Centre Bell;
- Détenir un diplôme en restauration (un atout);
- Posséder de 1 à 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire en hôtellerie ou dans un restaurant de luxe;
- Être parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais);
- Être capable de travailler sous pression;
- Maîtriser les logiciels Microsoft Office, OpenTable et LS Central (un atout);
- Avoir de l’expérience dans un environnement syndiqué;
- Démontrer d’excellentes aptitudes en communication verbale et écrite, ainsi qu’un bon sens relationnel;
- Être apte à travailler debout pendant de longues périodes et à soulever des charges de moins de 20 kg;
- Être dynamique, avoir du leadership et être capable de gérer une équipe;
- Avoir une grande flexibilité au niveau des horaires (jour, soir et fin de semaine).
