he salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, and/or employee incentive programs, where applicable to the role. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. The Hospitality Manager is responsible for all aspects of the operation including: budgeting, financial management and weekly analysis, implementation and ongoing success of the retail café, branded concepts, catering and event services.
If you were to come on board as one of our Hospitality Managers, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Manage client relationships.
- Demonstrate expertise in front-of-house service culture, guest experience design, and hospitality standards
- Manage, train and develop staff.
- Develop customized event plans and coordinate food and beverage services to meet client expectations and organizational standards.
- Menu planning and merchandising involvement.
- Plan and implement promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and unit marketing initiatives to drive guest engagement and experience.
- Executive presence combined with genuine frontline credibility — equally comfortable presenting to a client and running a catering department during peak service
- Ensure compliance with strict quality assurance, health, safety and sustainability programs.
- Ensure site operations remain fully compliant with company audit requirements, policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Ensure full compliance with branded partner and franchise standards, policies, and operational requirements.

- Post-secondary education with at least 5 years of foodservice or related management experience in an equivalent, banquet, hotel, conferencing, or branded retail food service environment.
- Strong experience dealing with labour relations issues.
- Proven financial management skills, including ability to control product and labour costs on a weekly basis.
- Strong catering experience, including demonstrated experience hosting large events.
- Experience working with branded concepts or the hospitality industry
- Strong management and organizational skills, capable of motivating, leading and developing associates.
- Flexibility in schedule to meet changing business and client service needs.
- Highly detail-oriented, with strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional client relations and guest service skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
