Job Summary:
The Production Team Member is responsible for the preparation and monitoring of products to support the Exceptional Guest Experience through the delivery of quality products and service.
Job Requirements:
- Create a clean, welcoming environment and maintain a professional appearance.
- Deliver friendly, attentive guest service and follow S.E.T. Principles (Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You).
- Prepare and serve products accurately while maintaining quality, freshness, and presentation standards.
- Maintain proper product quantities, shelf life, and inventory levels while minimizing food waste.
- Support speed-of-service goals by working efficiently and assisting guests across restaurant areas as needed.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally through effective service recovery.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, cleaning, and operational procedures.
- Monitor and record product, refrigerator, and freezer temperatures as required.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, stocked, and ready for busy periods.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements, including proper use of PPE.
- Report workplace injuries, incidents, unsafe conditions, and equipment concerns to management.
About You:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, food service, or customer service environment is an asset.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, food safety, and product quality standards.
- Ability to follow established procedures, policies, and health and safety guidelines.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional appearance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine physical tasks associated with restaurant operations.
- Food Handler Certification is an asset.
