How you will make an impact:
The Health & Safety, Quality Assurance Coordinator will work closely with the business by providing data, feedback, and reports on trends while working on other projects. You will provide key support to the QA team as needed.
As an HSQA Coordinator, you will:
- Update monthly sector safety scorecards
- Prepare monthly Safety reports for Finance and Global reporting
- Coordinate monthly period reviews with Sector Presidents
- Single point of contact for 3rd party audit schedules and changes
- Schedule 3rd party audit fail governance calls and CEO calls
- Manage 3rd party training company
- Order supplies for HSQA team
- Train to become key user for Training development software
- Manage travel and expense for VP QA
- Process invoices for HSQA Cost centers and update invoice tracking document.
- Support other HSQA projects as assigned.
- Track and update Safety KPIs
About you:
- Undergraduate degree or College Diploma preferred
- Minimum of 1 years of experience
- Previous Project Management experience is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in SharePoint and MS Outlook, excel, word and PowerPoint
