How you will make an impact:
You will be responsible for collecting online orders and getting them ready for pick up and shipment.
As a Retail E-Commerce Associate, you will:
- Print and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
- Ship orders using online applications (ShipStation)
- Connect with customers regarding updates on their order and other inquiries
- Organize orders for BOPIS (Buy Online Pickup in Store) so that customers can be served quickly and with ease
- Update product listings with inventory corrections as necessary (Shopify)
- Communicate with E-Commerce Supervisor/E-Commerce Manager regarding any issues with orders, product selection, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by E-Commerce Manager/ E-Commerce Supervisor
About you:
- Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently to complete work assignments, as well as within a team when necessary
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ability, and willingness to learn required business applications and systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and organization
- Must be able to lift, move, push, pull items weighing up to 50lbs and be able to walk and/or stand for long periods of time
