Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner.
- Ensure all dishes are presented correctly and match guest orders before leaving the kitchen.
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service.
- Assist with table maintenance, including clearing and resetting tables as needed.
- Support servers by refilling water, delivering condiments, and responding to guest requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, dining areas, and food pickup areas.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety standards.
- Help manage the flow of service during busy periods to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent guest service.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The hourly wage rate for this position is $17.60. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation.
