Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner.
- Ensure all dishes are presented correctly and match guest orders before leaving the kitchen.
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service.
- Assist with table maintenance, including clearing and resetting tables as needed.
- Support servers by refilling water, delivering condiments, and responding to guest requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, dining areas, and food pickup areas.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety standards.
- Help manage the flow of service during busy periods to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent guest service.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The hourly wage rate for this position is $17.60. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Further details regarding our total rewards offerings will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team during the hiring process. Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role.
