The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team at our Head Office in Mississauga, Ontario. This role will report to the Director, FP&A and work closely with Operations, Sales, Finance leadership, and other key stakeholders to support financial results, forecasting, planning, and business performance.
This role requires strong analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial results clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, preparing senior-level presentations, and using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and AI-enabled productivity.
If you were to come on board as our Senior Manager, Finance Business Partner, we would ask you to do the following for us:
- Act as a finance business partner and develop clear financial communications and presentations for key stakeholders, including senior sector leadership, Finance executives, the COO, and CEO, providing accurate and relevant financial analysis.
- Work closely with District Managers to track branch-level financial performance, provide analysis on revenue and margin improvement, and lead discussions on Like-for-Like and Roll opportunities.
- Lead weekly revenue and margin flash preparation, support quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting for assigned business units.
- Work closely with Commercial Finance and the Sector Controller to support period close, reporting accuracy, variance analysis, and alignment on financial results.
- Provide reporting and analysis to help drive profitability, growth, and operational performance.
- Participate in post-acquisition integration for new businesses.
- Identify risks and opportunities within the business and work with stakeholders to support action plans.
- Look for practical ways to use AI-enabled tools and automation to improve recurring FP&A activities, reporting, analysis, and communication.
- Use Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools to improve visibility and strengthen financial analysis.
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- CPA, MBA, or equivalent finance/business experience preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering.
- Experience in foodservice, hospitality, CGP or other operations-driven environments considered an asset.
- Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional Sales, Finance, Operations, Commercial Finance, and Sector Controller teams.
- Ability to explain financial results clearly and concisely to non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Practical understanding of AI-enabled tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, or similar tools, and how they can be used responsibly to improve productivity, analysis, reporting, and communication.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Query, dashboards, or other reporting/BI tools is strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
