The hourly wage rate for this position is $18.50. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Job Summary:
The Warehouse Runner supports game day and event operations by ensuring timely delivery of products and supplies across the stadium. This role is essential in keeping concessions, retail, and back-of-house areas stocked and running efficiently in a fast-paced, live event environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
Transport food, beverage, and retail stock from the warehouse to various concession stands and service areas
Restock inventory during events to ensure continuous operations
Assist with loading and unloading deliveries before and after events
Communicate with supervisors and stand leads to prioritize urgent stock needs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and warehouse areas
Support inventory counts and end-of-event breakdown/returns
Follow all health & safety and food safety guidelines - Qualifications:
Ability to lift and carry items 50lbs
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
Previous warehouse, stadium, or hospitality experience is an asset - Working Conditions:
Standing and walking for extended periods
Indoor and outdoor work depending on location within the stadium
Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays aligned with event schedules
