Important Information:
- It is a contractual part time position from last week of August 2026 until June 2027.
- Mandatory to work Friday evenings. Occasional Sundays evenings and Tuesday evenings besides all other extra events.
How you will make an impact:
You will be responsible for effectively leading store associates in customer service, product knowledge and store operations.
As a Gameday and Events Retail Supervisor, you will:
- Assist the retail manager with all store duties including opening and closing the store
- Ensuring that the store and company polices are upheld
- Supervise the functioning of the hourly associates
- Training new staff and managing the work schedules of the team
- Operate a POS system and troubleshoot any issues
- Effectively delegate duties to associates, and supervise productivity
- Assist in merchandise cycle counts and store physical inventory
- Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock and orders are fulfilled from warehouse
- Maintain store’s cleanliness and health and safety measures
- Responsible for maintaining and displaying and promoting merchandise to help generate sales
- Create a professional, and engaging work environment
About you:
- A minimum of 2 years of sales or retail experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a face paced environment
- Availability to work extended hours when needed
- Able to sit, stand, reach, bend and move for job responsibilities
- Open to potentially working in various weather elements, as needed
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Solution oriented
- Ability to work events that may include days, nights, weekends, and occasionally holidays
The hourly wage rate for this position is $17.60. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation.
