The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the operation including: budgeting, financial management and weekly analysis, implementation and ongoing success of retail and marketing programs, catering services, and branded concepts. The General Manager must be prepared to work week days and sometimes evenings and weekends

Lead day-to-day arena/restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Supervise, coach, and support service teams
- Manage scheduling, payroll approvals, and shift operations
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate service priorities

Monitor service standards, HSQA, and operational readiness
- Resolve guest concerns and maintain positive guest relationships
- Support inventory management and operational systems (POS updates, supplies, equipment)
- Partner with F&B leadership to maintain high performance and team culture

5 + years of food service/restaurant leadership experience

Strong understanding of service standards, HSQA programs and restaurant operations
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
