The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. As a Retail Execution Partner (REP), you will be a hands-on field leader responsible for driving Same Store Sales (SSS) growth across a portfolio of key accounts within Food Service and Hospitality sectors. Reporting to the Director, Retail Execution, you will work closely with regional operations leaders and unit operators to ensure disciplined execution of retail strategies, sales-driving initiatives, and operational standards. This role combines strategic leadership, performance coaching, analytics, and field execution to deliver measurable business results.
This position requires extensive travel, with approximately four days per week spent in the field supporting operators and one day dedicated to planning, reporting, and administrative responsibilities.
Now, If You Were To Come On Board As Our Retail Execution Partner, We’d Ask You To Do The Following For Us:
- Support assigned accounts through regular field visits, spending approximately four days per week onsite.
- Partner with Program Development and Brand teams to successfully activate promotions, campaigns, limited-time offers, and other growth initiatives.
- Champion retail standards, program compliance, and execution consistency across all supported sectors.
- Identify and share best practices, success stories, and scalable opportunities across the organization.
- Coach and develop unit operators to improve execution, accountability, and performance.
- Conduct business reviews during site visits to identify opportunities and improve operational execution, with follow up action plans to drive results.
- Review sales dashboards on a weekly basis and partner with operators to assess performance and develop action plans to close gaps.
- Develop action plans supporting retention efforts, account refreshes, and other growth priorities.
- Facilitate monthly regional operations and Envision calls focused on top Same Store Sales priorities.
- Share participation, compliance, and sales results with operators using monthly reporting and program performance data.

- Post-secondary education in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in foodservice, retail operations, hospitality leadership, or business development.
- Proven ability to lead through influence and drive measurable sales growth.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, promotional execution, and consumer behaviour.
- Experience coaching and developing frontline leaders and operational teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into action plans.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior operational leaders.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business reporting tools.
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions (approximately 80% of time).
