POSITION OBJECTIVE
Reporting to the Manager, Visitor & Retail Services, the Retail Service Representative (RSR) will work within our various retail outlets in the Park, including the Zoo and the spectacular landmark of The Leaf. Retail Services Representatives will ensure extraordinary member and visitor experiences by actively promoting and directly selling products in Park Hospitality’s retail outlets. Retail Services Representatives will work diligently to provide warm, friendly, and attentive service.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Guest Experience · Ensure cash handling procedures are in place and being followed by all employees involved with cash, debit, and credit card transactions. · Knowledge of all Marketing promotions, initiatives and special events and providing assistance when required i.e., coupons &/or discounts. · Accurately complete all point of sale (POS) transactions including sales transaction, refunds, gift cards and membership discounts. · Working in a team environment while achieving personal goals. · Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints and escalate as necessary. · Maintaining a clean and safe work environment comply with safety procedures, including the use of required safety equipment (if required), and identify unsafe practices or conditions. · Replenish stock to ensure sales floor is full for maximum sales. |

Additional Responsibilities · Maintain product knowledge: continuously learning about products and services provided throughout the Park. · Communicate and coordinate with internal departments on special promotion offered at retail outlet(s). · Ensure Retail management is aware of low inventory counts to avoid shortages and alleviate the need for express shipping of products. · Ensure packing slips are reconciled to products in box. Variance should be immediately reported to the Retail Manager.
