Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shift
Assist in recruiting, training, and coaching restaurant staff
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any customer complaints
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food and labor costs
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Prepare and maintain accurate records, including sales and inventory reports
Assist in creating and implementing marketing and promotional strategies
Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational procedures and policies
