How you will make an impact:
You will be representing the company’s image at all times by your actions and demeanor and self-image. Responsible for maintaining proper product distribution to client facilities as per Clients and Compass’s contractual obligations.
As a Driver you will:
- Deliver Commissary items to scheduled client’s facilities.
- Prior to beginning each day’s route, ensure truck/van is properly loaded and vehicle inspections are completed.
- Must have a Valid G License, experience driving 16’Cube Truck
- Drivers Abstract required – Personal and Commercial
- Lifting approx. 50lbs, standing and walking for up to 8hrs
- 95% of your time is inside client facilities.
- Works well in teams and independently with minimal supervision.
- Police Clearance Check required.
About you:
- A valid G-License and good driving record is required
- Strong communication and written skills
- Ability to deal with challenging situations
- Physically able to carry out duties of position
The hourly wage rate for this position is $20.00. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Further details regarding our total rewards offerings will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team during the hiring process. Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role.
