How you will make an impact:
The Sportsnet Club Stand Lead is responsible for overseeing their assigned location by ensuring all items are fully stocked, inventory is taken, and team members are equipped to perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Stand management completing daily inventory counts
- Help to oversee daily operations and supervise the servers, support staff, bartenders
- Lead, train, coach, and mentor a small team
- Answer guest inquiries and address concerns in a timely manner
- Ensure strict compliance with Compass Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Programs
- Maintain a clean and organized stand
- Adhere to uniform standards and job specific standard operation procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
- Actively demonstrate teamwork, safe work practices, open communication, accuracy in transactions, respect, sincerity, helpfulness, and courtesy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong desire and ability to delight and accommodate guests
- Strong organizational skills with ability to work in high pressure situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- ProServe certification required
- Spirits and/or Wine service education would be an asset
- Evening and weekend availability required
