- Welcomes/greets every customer to provide excellent customer service in keeping with the strict guidelines as outlined by the Compass policies.
- Maintains customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner
- Prepares and preps various stir fry/ sprout orders while adhering to Compass standards.
- Follows all Compass policies for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing all products.
- Keeps station clean and presentable
- Understands how to keep the logs at the station
- Must be able to lift 30lbs
- Dishes, clean up, helps with set up for next day
- Prep for the day or next day
- Helps with inventory and ordering
- Must follow all COMPASS cash handling policies and procedures.
- Must adhere to all COMPASS Policies and Procedures and Health & Safety standards.
- Must follow the COMPASS strict uniform and hygiene policies.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Management
