As the Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for loading food, supplies, or other products (such as machines) and delivering them to various locations in the area in addition to providing general help labour as required by operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Driver will drive the Company’s Passengers Vehicle to pick up/drop off employees from Fort McMurray
- Assemble and deliver all supplies to the scheduled locations
- Prior to beginning each day’s route, ensure that truck/vehicle is properly loaded with all products required to properly service all scheduled deliveries
- Unload requested products at delivery site
- Collect empty containers and rejected or unsold merchandise
- Return items such as unused food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils
- Follow sanitation and safety guidelines when handling food and equipment
- Keep company vehicle clean and organized at all times; perform pre & post trip vehicle inspections
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- A valid driver’s license and good driving record is required
- Must have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to carry out duties of the position
Position Requirements:
- 25% driving, 75% General Help duties
- Provide a valid Driver’s License and a clean Driver’s Abstract
- Must pass a Drug & Alcohol Test
- Common Safety Orientation (CSO) Certification
- Shifts: 10-12hr/Day, 5 Days/Week
- Accepting applicants from Fort McMurray only
