The hourly wage rate for this position is $26 . Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. The food service supervisor should demonstrate the following core competencies consistently:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to understand, read, write, follow instructions and interact with customers and co-workers to assure customer satisfaction. Must be able to speak, read and write fluently in English.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Preferred: completion of secondary school diploma; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Able to supervise staff with great communication skills and able to problem solve when needed.
