Responsibilities:
- Supervisor mailroom staff members
- Work closely with client and Management to resolve issues
- Streamline and create work flow as needed
- Ability to meet with client in person to resolve issues
- Ensure the daily operations are running smoothly
- Assist as required to pick up, sort and ship out mail
- Ensuring that all SLA are achieved.
- Ability to always maintain professionalism under stressful situations
- Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
- Prepare incoming and outgoing courier packages for delivery or shipping
- Respond to client via email or phone.
- Ability to work morning or day shift.
- Other duties as assigned.
Prerequisites
- Six months to one year management/leadership experience.
- Completion of Secondary School or
- Knowledge of Computer and Software Skills
- Customer Service skills
- Knowledge and experience using postage metering machine, UPS Connect, and Purolator shipping systems an asset.
- Operate pump truck and mail cart.
- Able to lift 50lbs
