How you will make an impact:
As a Bookings Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for meeting and event organizers, guiding events from initial planning through execution. You will coordinate logistics, collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, and ensure a seamless experience for clients and guests.
This role supports a variety of corporate and executive-level events and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional service.
As a Bookings Specialist, you will:
- Coordinate meeting and event bookings, including room setup, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
- Serve as the primary contact for event organizers, providing guidance and support throughout the planning process.
- Manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
- Coordinate catering orders, menu selections, and dietary accommodations.
- Prepare event documentation and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with event budgets, estimates, billing inquiries, and administrative tracking.
- Maintain accurate event records and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support a high standard of hospitality and guest experience at all times.
About you:
- Experience in event coordination, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with event management or booking systems is an asset.
