Now, if you were to come on board as Director of Premium Food & Beverage, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the full management of food service operations and for leading large teams. More specifically, you will:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 4 supervisors and approximately 100 unionized associates, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.
- Supervise, train, and support teams in a constantly evolving operational context, with a focus on service standards, daily execution of SOPs, and the guest experience.
- Ensure strict adherence to established service standards and specifications in order to optimize the guest experience.
- Manage all operational activities, including budget planning, financial management, weekly results analysis, and compliance with internal and client standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, control costs, and achieve profitability targets.
- Ensure the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures, as well as compliance with operating practices.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, including follow-up on feedback, requests, complaints, and concerns.
- Oversee compliance with health, safety, and quality assurance policies, and quickly deploy corrective measures as needed.

- A post-secondary or university degree in hospitality management, food service, or a related field.
- Significant experience in multi-site management within a premium dining environment.
- Proven experience in a unionized environment.
- Strong expertise in budget and financial management, including multi-million-dollar budgets and projects.
- Good knowledge of trends and innovations in high-end food service.
- Strong organizational skills, sharp prioritization abilities, and great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with POS and food service technology systems.
- Flexible availability, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends depending on events.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written) in French and English. Proficiency in English is required to communicate daily with head office, partners, assigned suppliers at a national level, and sponsors.
