Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts
- Assign duties, create schedules, and provide direction
- Train new employees on procedures, food safety, and service standards
- Motivate staff and maintain a positive work environment
- Assist with hiring and retention efforts
- Ensure product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and store standards (front + back of house)
- Step into different positions during busy periods (drive-thru, kitchen, etc.)
- Monitor inventory and ensure product availability
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 2 years of food service or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekends)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
