As a Team Member at Tim Hortons, you are the face of our brand and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will greet guests, take orders accurately, prepare beverages and food items, and ensure every interaction is friendly and efficient.
You will work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork is essential. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization, following food safety standards, and supporting your team during busy periods. Whether working front counter, drive-thru, or food preparation, you will help ensure our guests receive high-quality service every visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Prepare drinks and food items according to Tim Hortons standards
- Operate POS system and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and dining space
- Follow health, safety, and food handling procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members

The hourly wage rate for this position is $18.55. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Further details regarding our total rewards offerings will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team during the hiring process. Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role.
