POSITION OBJECTIVE
Reporting to the General Manager, Gather Craft Kitchen & Bar, the Leaf Coffee Bar Barista will have the main objective to prepare and present expertly-crafted menu items while displaying excellent customer service to ensure our guests have a wonderful experience that exceeds their expectations. The Barista will have the opportunity to master their beverage craft, develop and learn new skills, and create meaningful interactions with peers and guests every day. Baristas will also participate in daily cash transactions, store cleanliness, hygiene, and safety, and ensure stations are well-stocked. Baristas will exemplify excellent service with the understanding that a friendly smile and a warm cup of coffee can set the tone for the guest’s day.
