The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Further details regarding our total rewards program will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team during the hiring process. Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role. The Procurement Operations Specialist plays a key analytical and operational support role within the procurement organization, enabling effective decision making, process consistency, and continuous improvement. This position supports the development, governance, and documentation of procurement ways of working, builds and maintains dashboards and reports, and analyzes procurement and operational data to identify trends, risks, cost‑savings opportunities, and efficiency improvements. The Specialist, Procurement Operations, partners closely with North American procurement and cross‑functional teams to support category strategy and budget planning, contribute to key initiatives through data and insights, and assist with training and capability development. Through strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration, this role helps drive scalable, data‑driven procurement operations.

- Support the development, governance, and maintenance of procurement processes and ways of working by ensuring documentation is current, clear, and consistently applied across the team.
- Support training and capability-building initiatives through the development of materials, maintenance of documentation, and coordination of ongoing learning for existing team members.
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical summaries that deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision making.
- Analyze procurement and operational data to identify trends, risks, cost-savings opportunities, and process efficiency improvements; effectively communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide analytical, coordination, and documentation support for the annual category strategy and budget planning process, partnering with North American teams to align priorities, inputs, and timelines.
- Support key procurement and cross-functional initiatives by providing analytics, developing reports, and highlighting findings, risks, and opportunities to key stakeholders.
- Perform additional analytical and operational support activities as assigned.
