The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Further details regarding our total rewards program will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team during the hiring process. Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role. Now, if you were to come on board as our Director, Integrated Services , we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Lead, inspire, and align cross‑functional service teams to deliver exceptional, consistent experiences across all customer and stakeholder touchpoints.
- Serve as the primary executive contact for all Compass‑managed services onsite, ensuring alignment, accountability, and seamless coordination across service lines.
- Build and sustain client confidence through visible leadership, disciplined account management, and consistently applied service standards.
- Provide clear, concise, and forward‑looking communication to client leadership, focusing on operational trends, risks, performance insights, and improvement trajectories rather than isolated issues.
- Design, implement, and sustain a transparent, standardized quality control and assurance framework across all onsite operations.
- Establish regular leadership oversight practices and documented operating rhythms that drive continuous improvement and predictable performance.
- Champion a culture of service excellence, accountability, and ownership through targeted training, coaching, performance management, and recognition.
- Lead initiatives to standardize best practices, streamline workflows, and implement tools or technologies that enhance efficiency, visibility, and service outcomes.
- Act as the executive escalation point for high‑priority client issues, ensuring timely resolution, root‑cause analysis, corrective action, and prevention of recurrence.

- 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, preferably in hospitality, facilities, or other complex multi‑service environments
- Proven success managing multi‑line‑of‑business accounts with significant scale, visibility, and operational complexity
- Strong discipline in quality control, compliance, corrective action, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to stabilize complex operations, build trusted client relationships, and deliver sustained performance improvement
- Excellent executive‑level communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
- Experience serving as the primary point of accountability in high‑stakes client environments
- Visible, decisive leader with strong executive presence, operational discipline, and a high‑ownership, proactive mindset who performs calmly under pressure.
