Reporting to the General Manager, Tundra Grill & Concessions, the Supervisor will work with the General Manager to provide an exceptional customer service experience through service excellence. The Supervisor will establish and maintain a motivated and dynamic team, while providing support to ensure quest experience is exceeded. They will direct employees to ensure the safe and healthy preparation of meals and sanitation techniques to avoid cross-contamination and the spoiling of food and beverages under the direction of the Tundra Grill Chef.
The Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and directing all aspects of restaurant and concession operations, while maintaining high quality menu items and service levels. The Supervisor will assist with daily operations, including recruitment, scheduling, cash management and cashout processes, managing and guiding staff, maintaining appropriate inventory and supply levels, and preparing menu items in an efficient manner.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Restaurant and Concession Operations · Prepare and serve our guests quality food & beverage items at our various venues, Tundra Grill, Toucan Canteen, Bison Snack Shack, Lyric Stage Canteen, Mini Donut Trailer, Hot Dog Carts and Ice Cream Carts. · Accurately perform all POS transactions completely by processing sales transaction into cash register system, and responsible for the reconciliation and submission of all daily cash out reports. · Oversee all restaurant and concession operations. · Open and/or close the restaurant and concession venues ensuring all buildings are secure. · Respond in a timely manner to hourly sales fluctuations and act accordingly to maximize labour dollars. · Supervise the opening and closing times of Operations as well with cleanliness and productivity. |

Administration · Responsible for timely reconciliation & submission of all daily cash outs for all outlets. · Working with the Tundra Grill Chef, create, update and maintain printed operational. manuals for all procedures for all outlets, including cleaning, maintenance & present instructions. · Ensure all administrative forms are completed and submitted in a timely manner to all employees, daily timesheets. · Book and invoice birthday parties. |
