We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise initiatives across finance, operations, and technology. This role will be responsible for end-to-end requirements management, testing activities, and data analysis, with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills and experience working on large-scale integration and enterprise transformation projects.
Opportunity Overview
· Lead requirements gathering activities including stakeholder interviews, workshops, and documentation.
· Translate business needs into clear, detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
· Create and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flows.
· Develop test strategies, write detailed test cases, and support System, UAT, and regression testing.
· Execute testing activities, track defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure resolution.
· Perform data analysis to support business decisions, reporting, and solution validation.
· Read, interpret, and validate data as part of enterprise initiatives, including a large-scale internal back-office modernization initiative.
· Support integration projects involving enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
· Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, Finance, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
· Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
· Maintain project and testing artifacts in alignment with SDLC and audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Own the full requirements lifecycle from discovery through delivery.
· Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
· Ensure requirements are testable, traceable, and aligned with business objectives.
· Design and execute test plans and test cases for enterprise applications.
· Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
· Support data validation and reconciliation activities for system integrations.
· Provide ongoing support during post-deployment and hypercare phases.
Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field.
o 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst role.
o Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
o Hands-on experience writing and executing test cases for enterprise applications.
o Proven experience working on data-driven projects and performing data analysis.
o Experience working on integration projects involving multiple systems.
o Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on Power BI for reporting, data visualization, and business insights, is highly preferred.
o Agile / Scrum delivery environments (e.g., Azure DevOps).
o Experience with test management tools and defect tracking.
o Data analysis using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Snowflake or similar tools.
o Experience documenting business processes using Visio or similar tools.

- Salary: 70,000.00 – 95,000.00
