How you will make an impact:
You will be responsible for supporting operations by performing administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing and assisting customers
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist customers in person and on the phone/emails in a professional manner
- Set up deliveries and book service calls
- Process new contracts, create customer accounts
- Contact Sales Representatives with walk-in or phone sales leads
- Perform all routing duties including: making tickets for deliveries, printing routes, data entry when drivers return, enter and reconcile payments collected and other data entry tasks
- Make accounts receivable collections and/or related calls, forward outstanding invoices as requested
- Handle money, run the cash register and POS machine, balance cash, UEI payment transactions, reconcile and balance receipts, payment batches, cash, cheques, Moneris payments, petty cash, etc.
- Restocking merchandise/products in the front lobby area.
- Make calls in relation to accounts receivable and accounts payable (if required), to be able to discuss customer invoices, charges on accounts etc
