How you will make an impact:
You will be responsible for supporting our daily operations with a wide range of tasks such as cleaning, food preparation, serving meals, and dishwashing.
As a General Help:
- Assist with customer service, food preparation, initial baking and cooking of foods, dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen.
- Perform duties according to health & safety guidelines, report all injuries and hazards to the supervisor immediately and other reasonable requests from management
About you:
- You must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
- Previous and food services experience is an asset
- Previous experience in the healthcare environment or long-term care setting is preferred
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good command of English language, both verbal and written and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
