Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. How you will make an impact:
-Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, pots, pans, trays, and utensils based on procedures and assigned equipment
-Maintain the dish and kitchen area and ensures equipment is clean, in working condition and complies with safety standards
-Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces
-Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery, and service schedules
-Remove trash and place it in designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans
-Assists in loading, unloading and transfer supplies, products and equipment between storage and work areas
-Assist in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required
-Use established ticket collection procedures during service. Responsible for records from area worked during service periods
-Clean kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Store or discard excess food in accordance with safe food-handling procedures
– Keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat. Ensure food and supply items are stored per standards
-Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed
-Other duties and tasks as assigned
