Successful candidate will help oversee smooth operation of the Tim Horton’s airport location providing superior guest satisfaction while maintaining Brand and quality standards.
- Supervise others, provide training, guidance and coaching to team members.
- Strong leader that will help to manage the team and lead by example.
- Prepare and serve all required products as part of the team in a busy, high volume environment.
- Follow company cash handling and accounting processes and inventory management including ordering products.
- Resolve customer complaints in the moment ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
