- Complete and manage marketing programs, promotions, and external and internal brand strategies for food services.
- Stay up to date on food-related blogs and online publications; respond to consumer comments online in a timely and professional manner.
- Be responsible for all marketing and communication materials. Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, consumers, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with unit managers and associates to ensure they clearly understand the importance of successful strategies.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in marketing and/or food service and retail (an asset).

Experience developing and implementing marketing programs related to food products or food brands, or both (an asset).

Strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail.

Excellent customer service skills and experience; consumer-focused, shows initiative and enthusiasm, and believes the customer is always right.

Versatile and self-directed.
-
Basic knowledge of AI.
-
Proficiency with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
-
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
-
Demonstrates a proactive, energetic, and personable approach.
-
Detail-oriented with strong French writing skills and basic English writing skills.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English. Proficiency in English is required to communicate daily with head office, partners, and assigned suppliers at the national level, as well as with sponsors.

Must have a car to transport materials between different units.
