Now, if you were to come on board as our Lead Quality Engineer, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Lead test strategy, planning, and execution across assigned products or teams.
- Design, implement, and govern Tosca automation frameworks and standards.
- Ensure consistent regression, functional, API, data, and performance testing practices.
- Guide and mentor Quality and Senior Quality Engineers.
- Partner with Product Owners and Engineering leaders to define quality goals and release criteria.
- Oversee test management, reporting, and metrics using qTest.
- Drive defect management, root cause analysis, and quality improvements using Azure DevOps.
- Identify quality risks early and provide mitigation strategies.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to release planning.
- Provide executive-level test status, quality metrics, and release readiness assessments.

- 9 – 12+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including technical leadership or team lead responsibilities.
- Experience leading QA efforts across complex applications.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca.
- Proven experience leading QA efforts across teams or initiatives.
- Expertise with Azure DevOps and test management tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, and quality engineering practices.
- Advanced SQL and data validation skills.
- Experience with performance testing strategies and execution.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Tosca advanced certifications.
ISTQB Advanced or Test Manager certification.
Deep experience testing APIs, backend systems, and complex integrations.

- Salary: 120,000.00 – 160,000.00
- Hybrid: 3 in Office Days – Toronto (72 Fraser Avenue)
