Now, if you were to come on board as our Lead Full Stack .Net Developer, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Serve as a technical lead for full stack .NET applications, guiding design and implementation decisions
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise solutions using C# and modern .NET (.NET Core / .NET 6+)
- Lead development of secure, high-performing APIs and backend services
- Oversee front-end architecture and implementation using modern frameworks (Angular, React, or equivalent)
- Own and guide data design, including schema modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning
- Review code, enforce standards, and promote best practices across the development team
- Partner with enterprise architects to ensure alignment with Compass Group technology, security, and compliance standards
- Mentor and support developers through technical guidance, reviews, and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with product, data, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable enterprise solutions
- Assist with production support, root cause analysis, and long-term system improvements

- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack application development
- Demonstrated experience in a technical lead or senior engineering role
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+
- Solid experience with modern front-end technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS)
- Proven experience working with SQL Server or other enterprise relational databases
- Strong understanding of data modeling, transactional systems, and query optimization
- Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs
- Proficiency with Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows
- Ability to lead technical discussions and influence decisions in a large enterprise environment
Position Details:
- Position Title: Lead Full Stack .Net Developer
- Salary: 130,000.00 – 160,000.00
- Hybrid: 3 in Office Days – Toronto (72 Fraser Avenue)
