We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Healthcare Digital to lead key marketing efforts within the healthcare sector, driving business objectives through the development and delivery of strategic, end-to-end marketing programs.
In this role, you will partner closely with Product Marketing to bring go-to-market strategies to life, translating positioning and messaging into impactful campaigns, communications, and enablement that reach operators and drive real adoption.
You will join a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work cross-functionally with Product, Delivery, sector leadership, and communications to ensure our digital solutions are clearly understood, effectively launched, and successfully adopted in market.

- Own and lead the development of strategic marketing plans that drive awareness, adoption, conversion, and engagement of Healthcare Digital solutions.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing to translate positioning and messaging into integrated marketing strategies and programs.
- Align marketing strategy with business priorities, product roadmaps, and sector needs.
- Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns that support product launches, feature releases, and strategic initiatives.
- Manage communications for operators and sector stakeholders, including newsletters, release communications, webinars, and training.
- Drive demand and product adoption through engaging content such as case studies, thought leadership, and enablement programs.
- Support change management and behavior adoption through clear, actionable communications and training strategies.
- Partner with Product, Delivery, Strategy, Design, Creative, and Communications teams to ensure coordinated and effective execution.
- Act as a key connector across teams, aligning stakeholders around go-to-market plans, timelines, and priorities.
- Build strong relationships with sector teams and to align on priorities and amplify reach.
- Partner with sector leadership to ensure marketing programs are relevant, actionable, and aligned to operator needs.
- Collaborate on cross-promotional opportunities that increase awareness and engagement across the healthcare sector.
- Define, monitor, and analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategy.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to optimize campaigns, improve engagement, and drive adoption.
- Leverage market, customer, and operator insights to inform targeting, messaging, and program development.
- Continuously refine marketing approaches based on performance data and evolving business needs.

- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record of developing and leading successful, strategic marketing programs.
- Experience in healthcare, foodservice, technology, or related industries is an asset.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into impactful marketing programs that drive measurable adoption and engagement.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market execution, campaign development, and cross-channel marketing.
- Experience working cross-functionally within a matrixed organization, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions, measure performance, and optimize outcomes.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.

- Salary: 110,000.00 – 130,000.00
