En tant que chef, vous devrez :
- Diriger et superviser tous les aspects des services et de la production alimentaire
- Assurer la planification des menus et établir des relations avec les clients et les consommateurs
- Assumer la responsabilité des opérations quotidiennes, comme la préparation, la cuisson, la présentation et la gestion de l’alimentation des élèves et du personnel
- Contrôler tous les coûts de la nourriture
- Gérer les événements occasionnels de service traiteur
- Voir au contrôle des stocks, ainsi que les réunions de production quotidiennes et la tenue des dossiers
- Assurer un respect rigoureux du programme d’assurance qualité et de santé et sécurité de Compass, de la Loi sur la santé et sécurité au travail et des règlements du SIMDUT
À propos de vous :
- Formation postsecondaire en études culinaires ou connexes un atout
- Trois années d’expérience en gestion de cuisine, de préférence dans un environnement universitaire ou collégial
- Capacité à introduire de façon créative des aliments tendance et une présentation moderne aux opérations
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, organisationnelles, et en matière de communication
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique, avec minutie et précision
- Capacité à exécuter des tâches administratives
- Connaissances des logiciels Word et Excel de Microsoft
