SUMMARY
- The FSM is responsible for overseeing the operation of the Retail.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding.
- Willingness and capacity to follow safe and healthful work practices.
- Observes safety and security procedures. Reports potentially unsafe conditions.
- Accurately takes inventory. Ensures company policy and cash handling policy is followed Notifies Food Service Director/Food Service Managers of any infractions of company policy. Ability to interact with the public. Responsible for ensuring that customers receive an adequate level of service or help with their questions and concerns.
