The Chairman’s Club Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the bartenders, servers, and support staff working in this area and ensuring all applicable policies and procedures are followed consistently.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner and ensure delivery of consistently outstanding service by all associates
- Help to oversee dining operations and supervise the servers, support staff, culinary team, and bartenders
- Lead, train, coach, and mentor the team
- Answer guest inquiries and address concerns in a timely manner
- Ensure strict compliance with Compass Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Programs
- Maintain brand standards in setting up, maintaining, taking down a high-end buffet
- Develop and maintain relationships with season ticket holders, anticipating guests needs
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Previous food and beverage experience or completion of a Hospitality Management Certificate
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and high-volume environment
- Demonstrate positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to move, lift, carry, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
