Accountable for the efficient, smooth operation of a job site.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage all aspects of internal office moves, receive and process client move requests, coordinate with and scheduled vendors, and create and distribute move communications and labels to clients, ensuring the move processes are in accordance with client’s policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support such as answering incoming calls, participate in Workplace Services meetings as well as respond and manage Workplace Services (WPS) emails in a timely manner.
- Create all vinyl names for office and meeting room doors when needed.
- Follow up and complete all Facility Service requests.
- Update FM System as new Associates are on board and floor plans when needed as reconfigurations take place.
- Perform pre- and post-move inventory, furniture inventory, hang move signage, and supervise movers, furniture reconfiguration and space enhancements.
Qualifications:
The salary range for this position is $42,000 to $46,500. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Further details regarding our total rewards program will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team during the hiring process. Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role.
