Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative, OCS is responsible for overseeing all OCS coffee accounts as the “onsite” point of contact for customer queries. This person will be responsible for sharing our values, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships while ensuring strong loyalty and repeat business. Personable service excellence is key to success in this role.
Now, if you were to come on board as our Customer Service Representative, OCS, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Visit customers on a regular basis ensuring all kitchen/pantry areas are fully stocked with supplies, upselling and placing orders when required
- Ensure all orders are submitted in a timely manner to ensure customers receive product on scheduled delivery days
- Organize, rotate and stock shelves and merchandise during each visit
- Replenish and clean some coffee machines at each location
- Communicate any issues or concerns and collaborate with management to maintain positive business relationships and ensure repeat business and future sales
Think you have what it takes to be our Customer Service Representative, OCS? We’re committed to hiring the best talent for the role. Here’s how we’ll know you’ll be successful in the role:
- One to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Some knowledge of, or be willing to learn all aspects of, the office coffee business, e.g. coffee/pantry products and equipment
- Technically inclined or willing to learn how to operate program and maintain equipment that we supply to our customers
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Proven ability to manage and organize multiple accounts while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
- Strong time management and results focused; able to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines
- Demonstrate professionalism and strong customer service at all times
- High School/GED equivalent is required
- Required to use your own vehicle to visit customers across the GTA and surrounding areas
- Valid full G class Drivers Licence with a clean driver’s abstract and comfortable driving a large van or truck when needed to assist with deliveries
